Strong, wear-resistant screens for vibrating screens: maximum resistance to loads and high durability in abrasive materials. Solutions for the mining, construction and metallurgical industries.

Wear-resistant woven screen in operation at a quarry
Metal screens

Wear-resistant screens and panels

Woven, crimped and corrugated screens made of wear-resistant wire and strip — with reinforced edging and hooks to match the vibrating screen's tensioning system.

  • Double and single crimp
  • Rectangular and square apertures
  • Anti-blinding solutions
  • Reinforced edges and mounting options
Mesh types

For every size fraction

From coarse scalping to fine sizing — we match the weave and aperture profile.

Polymer panels

Modular polyurethane panels

Replaceable screening media for vibrating screens — an alternative to metal mesh. Polyurethane handles abrasion well, blinds less on wet material, and the modular design lets you replace individual sections without welding.

  • Modular replacement of individual panels
  • High resistance to abrasion and impact
  • Less blinding on wet material and lower noise

Mounting & tensioning

How the screen is held in the vibrating screen

Screen service life depends not only on the alloy but also on correct edge finishing and tensioning. We make the mesh to fit your mounting system — with precise edge geometry and mounting pitch.

  • Hooked edge — the bent edge of the mesh slides under the vibrating screen's tension rail.
  • Side bolt tensioning — even torque presses the edge against the deck side wall and removes sag.
  • Matched to the screen model — we select the edge type, pitch and tension force from a sample or drawing.
Metallurgy

Screens for hot processes

Solutions for sintering and blast-furnace processes, where the screen operates at high temperatures and under intense abrasion.

  • High-temperature solutions for sinter and the blast-furnace process
  • Ceramic wear-resistant elements
  • Reinforced load-bearing structures
