Materials

Steel with guaranteed properties

Plate is supplied from the mill already in a quenched or thermally hardened condition — with certified properties.

Wear-resistant group

Plate is supplied already quenched. The mill guarantees hardness within ±30 HB — for grade 450, for example, that is 420–480 HB. The low-carbon base lets the material be welded like ordinary steel.

High-strength group

Thermally hardened plate for lightweight yet strong steel structures. The mill guarantees that the actual yield strength will not drop below the nominal value.

Quality control

We check what the eye can't see

Spare parts use high-manganese steel (Mn13Cr2, Mn18Cr2), high-chromium alloys, ceramic inserts (MMC), and bronze and steel components. Every batch goes through multi-stage control.
